This site is viewed by thousands of people every week from around the world. So if you were after a no-brainer place to sell self sufficient homes and permaculture farms, urban or rural you've found it.

SIMPLE LISTING RULES TO FOLLOW...

Listing is easy, but there are a few simple rules to ensure this forum stays genuine and high value for both buyers and sellers:

Rule #1. Only genuinely organic, permaculture or self-sufficient properties (or those that have made substantial steps in this direction) are eligible to be advertised here.

Rule #2. You must state the location and asking price of your property in the headline: the country, state and town, then $price (in that order for easy visual scanning).

Rule #3. Use a minimum of 300 words to describe your property, including information on how it meets Rule #1!

Rule #4. Include at least 1 photo with your listing (more is better, up to 4 is fine). NOTE Photos should be small - around 20 to 30 kb. The system prevents large pics to ensure the page is fast to load for visitors.

Please include a way for people to contact you, AND let everyone know when it sells by posting up a comment.

Only submissions that satisfy these 4 simple rules will be accepted.

ARE YOU AN AGENT?

Listings are free for property owners. Fee for agent is $25USD/month. Subscribe now before putting up your listing. You can cancel anytime.
